5. About the Caudara app

Caudara is designed as a local-first app: the financial information you record in the app is stored on your device, with optional backup to iCloud under your control. The app is not yet available. This notice will be updated before launch to detail the processing of data within the app.

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

This site does not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics or advertising trackers. We do not collect data automatically nor build profiles from your browsing.

7. Transfers and processors

Your email is stored on the infrastructure of our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., which acts solely as a data processor, following our instructions and for the same purpose described in this notice. We do not carry out transfers of your data to third parties that would require your consent under the law.

8. Your rights and revocation of consent

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object to the processing of your personal data, as well as to revoke your consent at any time.

To exercise them, send your request to hola@caudara.app including: your name and a means to communicate the response to you, and a clear description of the right you wish to exercise or of the data involved. Exercising these rights is free of charge. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days and, if applicable, will make it effective within the following 15 business days.

9. Retention

We keep your email until the app launches or until you request to unsubscribe from the waitlist, whichever comes first.

10. Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your email against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or use.

11. Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Notice. We will publish any change on this same page, indicating the date of the last update.

12. Authority and applicable law

This notice is governed by the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties in force in Mexico. If you believe your right to data protection has not been addressed, you may turn to the competent authority on the matter, the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.
